Add 1 tin of butter beans (drained), a tablespoon of tahini, 15g of parsley, including stalks, a good glug of olive oil, some lemon juice and 2 cloves of garlic and blend on high for 30 seconds. Stir in some pomegranate molasses if you have any, otherwise don't worry. Add salt and pepper.
That's it, simple as that.
