Thickly slice a couple of floury potatoes and parboil for just under 10 mins. Sauté in olive oil until lovely and golden, take care not to burn. When golden, add some slices of chorizo to the pan whilst getting some beans on to steam. Empty onto the plate and fry the egg in the chorizo oil.
