Mix together half a tub of 'Ras al Hanout' powder (available at all large supermarkets) with a few glugs of sunflower oil, a tbsp of honey and 3 tbsp of lemon juice from the bottle and 4 crushed garlic cloves, along with some salt and pepper.
(If you cant find the aforementioned funny named powder just mix up some ground cumin, coriander, ginger, paprika and chilli power.)
Mix up the marinade and pout it over 8 chicken legs/ thighs in a roasting tray.
Leave to marinade for as long as you can, if you need you can cook it straight away.
Whack in the oven for 45 mins at 200 degrees.
Meanwhile, mix up some of our famous slutty slaw with some added mint.
Combine a tub of yoghurt with a grated half-cucumber, a good pinch of salt , some chopped fresh mint and 4 cloves of crushed garlic.
Serve up the cooked chicken by pulling it from the bone with a couple of forks.
Serve all the above with some fresh baby spinach and some wholemeal wraps.
