Rinse a tin of Sainsbury's mixed bean salad and pour into a bowl.
Add olive oil, lemon juice (out of bottle is fine), dried herbs of your choice (oregano, thyme etc.), ready-cooked and cubed beetroot, and cubes of feta if you like.
This dish is comes out different every time (especially when the lid of the herb jar accidentally comes off) but that's the joy of it!
Experiment with olives/chorizo/chopped onion/tomato or anything you like!
In my opinion there's enough flavour here to not add salt.
