Eggs. As you may have noticed I love them.
Just some quick tips for frying an egg well.
+I reckon it takes about the same time to fry an egg as it does to toast the two slices of bread for a yummy sandwich.
+Again- a top egg= a top result
+Get the oil (olive or sunflower) really hot and crack the egg into the pan let it spit and be really peed off for a bit then lower to a moderate heat
+Perhaps the most important thing for me is having enough oil to "baste" the egg on the top for a minute or two, to allow the top to cook but the egg to remain runny.
+As soon as the top bit of egg white goes less runny and more opaque its ready.
+Pop in a sandwich filled with Ketchup and some butter (Benecol if you are a med student)
