Spring greens are a real struggle to liven up, but we are always up for the challenge, as they are so bloody good for you!
-Get a large frying pan going with some olive oil, add some stale crusty bread if you have any, crush in some garlic and put to one side
- Coarsely slice the greens and steam for 3 minutes, no longer.
- add the greens to the frying pan and warm through, add a dash of sherry vinegar and some pumpkin seeds
Goes with any spring supper.
