A healthier slant on a student classic. Grate a couple of courgettes and stir into cooked macaroni with a tub of creme fraiche, Parmigiano, nutmeg and a ball of mozzarella. Top with with breadcrumbs and grated Parmigiano, and grill until golden. Simples.
